3.1. Water vapor
Relative humidity is a measure of water vapor concentration in air, expressed as a fraction of actual water vapor concentration in air to saturation water vapor concentration at the same air temperature. Relative humidity multiplied by 100 is the percent relative humidity, but this, too, is often called relative humidity. In this chapter, relative humidity means percent relative humidity.
